Considered one of my favorite excursions and sights in Kuranda will be the Barron Riverboat tour working through the jetty beside the Scenic Rail station. An exciting point would be that the local operator truly lucked out on the tour license a long time in the past and now's the one man or woman permitted to operate excursions up the Barron River.
